Ottani Meccanica Srl is pleased to announce the insertion of a new lathe with sliding head in it’s already well-equipped CNC park machine that, to date, reach the 25 units.
The new “Hanwha XD16 III”, known as the most compact of the XD series, it presents an excellent versatility and accessibility making the equipment of the operators extremely practical, reducing the times.
These are some of its main features:
- Swiss type sliding head lathe equipped with 5 linear axes and 2 C axes;
- Rotation speed of the spindles up to 12,000 rpm (excellent performance even with very small parts);
- Fanuc numerical control connected to the company network (option for “Industry 4.0”);
- Machining bar diameter up to a maximum of 16,00 mm
- Mueller high pressure plant for the refrigeration of the tools from the inside.
The equipment of the Hanwha XD16 III, together with the compactness of the structure and the performing engines, ensure a longer tool life and better maintenance of the quotes.
The result is to obtain an excellent and increased productivity.
